The system consists of two pre-measured components that are mixed together to form a coating that is applied to the concrete surface. The easy-to-use formula will reduce the moisture vapor within any concrete slab by 75%-90% depending on the coat weight and coverage per square feet applied of Titebond 531. When used as directed with recommended Titebond urethane wood flooring adhesives, Titebond 531 is fully-warranted. It dries fast, is tack-free overnight, has a low odor and eliminates the need for bead blasting or other inconvenient measures.
