Return Policy


Corona Hardwood Inc. understands that a return is sometimes necessary. If you have less than three cartons of material at the completion of your installation, it is strongly advisable for you to keep this material to ensure a perfect match in the event of a future repair or replacement. Most of our manufacturers do not take anything under 100 sq ft back, and in those cases neither will Corona Hardwood. A 25% restocking fee is applied to any return provided it is within our return policy guidelines.

Our flooring is manufactured in accordance with accepted industry standards which permit a defect tolerance not to exceed 5 percent. If any of these products are proven to our satisfaction to be defective in materials or workmanship in excess of the 5 percent defect allowance, they will be replaced with the same in kind or a refund will be made to the original purchaser equal to the purchase price of the material.

ALL CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE OR ERRORS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase with original sales receipt. Items in good saleable condition will be credited at a 25% reduction. All returns credited at random length price. No out damage or short material will be accepted for return. No cash refunds on material paid by check or credit card.

Please note that accessories such as trim pieces (stair nose, t-molding, end moldings, etc), glue, cleaning products are not returnable. Those items are special orders.

The customer is responsible for all original shipping costs, if any. This includes the actual original freight cost (if any) that we paid to have your order delivered. This may be significantly higher than our special freight rate shown on your invoice. The customer is responsible for delivery in good, resalable condition to the store.

Requests for order cancellation must be made 24 hours before shipping date. If the items are brought in to the showroom for pick up and are already in our facility when the order is canceled, a restocking fee will apply.

If you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately by calling (951)346-4814 and provide us a clear description of the product received. This way, we can clearly identify the error and correct it immediately. Overages, and products 15 days beyond the date of purchase, are non-returnable. All blow-out items and items purchased as-is are non-returnable. Installation of a defective product is acceptance of the order. A claim will not be processed for items with visual defect prior to installation.
