We have a strong conviction that a product's "List Price" or "Web Price" is not the best price, and therefore is not reflective of the final price our customer is going to be quoted.

While web pages must reflect a "Web Price", a phone call to our customer service has no such restrictions.

1. Manufacturer Restrictions

Manufacturers instruct online retailers to only display the minimum "Web" price on the internet.
Although we are bound to comply, we are also very competitive. We work tirelessly to bring the best value to our customers.

2. Every Quote is Unique

Floors are sold by boxes, mouldings are sold by linear feet, and accessories may be sold individually. The more of them, the less it costs per unit.

A single box of hardwood planks is sold at retail or "List" price. But fifty boxes will, most likely, be steeply discounted. Such an order will probably be delivered at no charge or shipped for a nominal fee, depending on customer's geo-location, method of payment and many other factors.

Every quote is unique. We understand that. But MSRP or "List" price can not reflect that.
