Beroza Park City Rendezvous Collection European Oak Flooring. Deeper greige mixed with dark character notes and a wash of light wire brush detail, Park City is a medium tone that strikes a lighter balance through its accenting which plays up well to a range of interior styles. The Beroza Rendezvous line combines a wider plank design but without feeling overwhelming to smaller spaces. The use of a 7.44" wide plank gives a little extra over 5" and 6" planks while the 73.23" max lengths offer more coverage while still fitting well to more moderate homes. Park City uses a 4mm veneer and includes a UV Cured finish with a 25 year limited residential finish warranty.
