Produced from sustainable forestry management and imported from Chile, 178MUL Howe Ultralite MDF casings are preprimed, have no joints, will not crack, split, twist or warp and never has raised or inconsistent grain while typical MDF mouldings are much heavier in weight and when installed can "volcano" or pucker around nails.
