Return Policy
Corona Hardwood Inc. understands that a return is sometimes necessary. If you
have a few cartons of material at the completion of your installation, it is strongly
advisable for you to keep this material to ensure a perfect match in the event of a
future repair or replacement. Our suppliers require a 100 square foot minimum on
all returns, for that reason Corona Hardwood Inc. will not accept any returns under
100 square feet. A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returned items, provided it is
within our return policy guidelines.
ALL CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE OR ERRORS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS
DAYS OF DELIVERY. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase with
original invoice. Items in good saleable condition will be credited at a 25%
reduction. No out damage or short material will be accepted for return. No cash
refunds on material paid by check or credit card. Please note that accessories such
as trim pieces (stair nose, t-molding, end moldings, etc), glue, and cleaning
products are not returnable.
The customer is responsible for all original shipping costs, if any. This includes the
actual original freight cost (if any) that we paid to have your order delivered. This
may be significantly higher than our special freight rate shown on your invoice. The
customer is responsible for delivery in good, resalable condition to the store.
If you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately by calling (877)389-
9157 and provide us a clear description of the product received. This way, we can
clearly identify the error and correct it immediately. Overages, and products 15
days beyond the purchase/invoice date, are non-returnable. All blow-out items,
discontinued items and items purchased AS-IS are non-returnable.
Order Cancellation
Requests for order cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the shipping date.
A minimum $150 processing fee will apply to all order cancellations. Corona
Hardwood Inc. prides itself on our quality control. To ensure you receive a quality
product, orders are brought into our facility 2-3 business days prior to
delivery/shipping for inspection and preparation. If the material is in our facility at
the time your order is cancelled, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Warranty
Corona Hardwood Inc. makes no guarantee, warranty or representation outside of
the manufacturer’s warranty. If you receive a product with visible defects, or if it is
off-color, contact our store immediately. Do not continue to open cartons or install
the defective/off-color material. Installation of a defective product is acceptance of
the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the material prior to
installation. A claim will not be processed for items with visual defects prior to
installation. If you have any structural or finish issues with your floor after it is
installed, and you are within the manufacturer warranty period, please contact our
store immediately at (877)389-9157. You can also send an e-mail to
claims@CoronaHardwood.com with images of the defect as well as a brief
description of the issue.
Corona Hardwood, Inc. does not service warranty on material purchased or
installed outside of Southern California. This does not mean the product is not
covered under the manufacturer warranty. It simply means that you will be
required to hire a certified independent inspector in your area to provide a detailed
report outlining the manufacturer defects claimed. This report will be submitted to
the manufacturer on your behalf for review.
All customer deposits are non-refundable. Products and prices are subject to
availability. We do not guarantee manufacturer availability, production date and/or
manufacturer delivery time.
